Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery orders to arrive or 3 working days for appointed collection times (I will contact you to book this in once I receive your order.) To ensure quality control, I only deliver to Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Greater London, Buckinghamshire and Essex.

All floral designs may vary from the images displayed on this website, due to seasonal flower availability. I try to make sure all designs resemble the images on my site as much as possible.

All flowers can be the cause of allergic reactions - if you have any known allergies to specific flowers then please inform us when you place your order.

If you have lilies in your order, once they blossom, please cut the pollen stems out of the flowers center. To avoid the pollen from staining any of your belongings or coming into contact with pets.
